Memories...

Hi everyone!

Well I'm going to attempt to give this a "red hot go!"

Well just arrived Christchurch and it seems pretty cool. Just wondered about a bit today to see what the place was like. In a hostel which seems ok. Only got 3 hours sleep last so completely knackered and wish I was just in the bus sleeping like the good old times!!! Didn't we just have the most amazing time ever? From Sydney meeting and going to Canberra (having our first lunch) to Adelaide, Alice Spring in the hot air balloon to Darwins great nightlife. I loved that night Laura it was so funny ending up in 'throb!' To scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef to getting a new trek guide (made my holiday!) and going to Great Keppel to do a sky dive. I thought the stars were beautiful on Fraser Island and the massage was pretty good and getting drunk in Surfers Paradise! Comical value that was!

Ever since I was a child I always wanted to go to Oz and I loved it even more than I thought I would and that was because you lot made it so special for me. I have so many fond memories of everyone of you. I know I have made life time friendships with plenty more partying, laughs and red wine (Snickets) to come!!!

I'm leaving today and feel pretty crap about it... Its really hot and I love Sydney, so heading home to Terrorists, Gihads and rain isn't really what I want to be doing - I know everyone understands how that feels.

Oz has been great tho. What a fantastic place eh?

Hello everyone, well it's all over now.....but F**k me, what an adventure we have all had.

This trip has without a doubt been the best experience of my life so far....and I have already spanned 3 decades! But seriously, not only have a seen some amazing things, but I shared those experiences with some fantastic people.

Anyway, I hope that everyone is OK, wherever you are and whatever your doing.

Hello All

Made it to Cairns with my new group, excellent weather ALL the way until we went out to the reef & it pissed down. It's hard going home after OZ, as it's hard for me to come home after a trek. Hope you all got some great pictures, outragous stories & look out for those dingoes....

Finally back to work this morning. What a crazy time i've had. It was so sad leaving Sydney and all you guys. Thanks to everyone for making it such a fantastic experience.
It's great to be home but i'm looking forward to seeing you guys soon.
By the way I finally got a digital camera in duty free on the way home so disposable cameras are finally a thing of the past!
I can't wait to see some photos on this site, this was a great idea Robbie!

HELLO EVERYONE!!!

Well I arrived home on Friday after a fantastic time in Australia and New Zealand and a very long plane flight! I have had the best time of my life ever, met great people and seen incrediable things!

I am really depressed to be back home even though it is great to see my family and friends after should a long time.

Thanks for making my time so special everyone, I love u all, make sure you stay in touch with me and I can't wait for our reunion!!!!

well what can i say??? well actually firstly i've got to appologise (ignore the bad spelling mistake- i hope u get the jist of what it's meant to say!) to everyone for being really slack and not emailing you all! it's not that i don't like u (well maybe just a little..........not really) i've kinda been in laura land and i can tell u time just flies by there!
anyway enough of that! well as i'm writting this to u i can offically say that i am a year older! (i'm catchin u up snickets!) i celebrated my birthday in the best possible way- i got absolutley shit faced with my friends! (i'll have to email u all some pics because they are absolutley hilarous!) i've also got myself a lovely job to pay of my wonderful friend called the credit card! i pack boxes in a warehouse full of the biggest scabs that walk this earth! and i'm in count down mode for moving to uni and freshers week! - i'm going ikea on saturday to get all me bits and bobs (do u think if i bought my own glittery toilet seat they'd let me put it on coz i'm having arguements with my dad about it- he reckons i can't!)

well enough of me babbling about myself! i want to make sure that u all are keeping really well now that we are this side of the world! (wouldn't it be great just to say fuck this and go back there again tomorrow!??)

heyho! well hello everyone..little amy here! glad to hear ur all groovy...just got back from the pub with my mates (kara was there too) we dont shut up about OZ boring everyone with all the photos...heading off to Uni on Saturday and iam well excited...Sheffeild watch out! Laura you shud DEFINATLY take the glittery toliet seat wheather they like it or not! Well, me and sophie got back the other week. We had an awesome time in Fiji (its so nice...and warm!) and america was superb. We did something different everyday! We just escaped huricane allison, erm i mean Katrina. We were among the last to get wasted on Bourbon street, about 4 days before all the bad stuff happened!
Im sorry i havent kept in touch better, internet was amazingly scarce in america (unless you happened to have a latop!). That will all change now im back at work!
Anyway, hope you are all well, and ill email all soon.

Hey everyone, How you all doing? Sorry for not getting in touch sooner. Everything has been really hectic since i got back. Ive been gettin ready to be a student again and trying to find a job (i am now a barmaid in the local spoonies and had my first shift yest, it was tough and i now have a lot more respect for everyone who works behind a bar, drunk people are a nightmare!). Im glad you're all ok. Robbie the site is really good and the pictures bring back so many good memories. I wish i was there with you all now. Anyway, just wanna saw congrats to Laura, Amy and Kara for all doing well and going to uni. Im sure you're all having a blast right now during freshers. Hi everyone, I hope that you're all well. Ste and Sophie, I'm glad that you both had a great holiday. I'll be in sunny Birmingham one Saturday soon, to do a bit of clothes shopping, so it would be nice if we could meet up for natter.
Well Laura Law, Little Mouse and I had a great night out in Derby (Em, you were missed). Martin was there in spirit (although he had no choice seeing as we phoned him in the 'wee' hours). Well I've spoken to Kara and Amz on MSN, so I know they are both great. Talk to Rob a lot so I know he's grand too. Ben and Ally, Martin tells me that youre doing great, I wish you both well.

Well Martin, when is your party?.....and will there be caber tossing? (Although after your phone conversation with Laura the other Saturday night....I think we know the answer!)

how amazing is freshers week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i'm having such a fucking amazing time! (my liver is back to scratch now after it had a rest for about a month! i've got 2 indian guys and a girl called rose in the flat at the minute- there should be another 2 on the way today (i best start to clean up the kitchen now because there's empty winne, tequila, beer and of course a PORT bottle!!!!! plus empty pizza boxes and curry- imade them both cook a curry-very nice! i've been meeting lots of new people- mainly when i'm a bit worse for wear!- but who isn't around here!
well guys i best go coz i'm being really cheeky and using v's net connection! hope ur all keeping fine and dandy!!

Hi everybody!
It's good to hear you're all keeping well.
All is well in Dublin too, weather's crap, morning's are getting darker and it's getting harder and harder to get out of bed these days. (Laura, you thought you had a hard job getting me up!)
I'm supposed to be moving into my own place this week, can't wait for that to happen. And I was at a hen's night at the weekend so i'm really starting to feel old now. So many of my friends are getting married and having kids, it's scarey. I reckon i've a lot of travelling to do before that starts, i've gotten the bug to travel now!
Speaking of holidays, I'm headin to amsterdam in February so if anyone's interested in a 'relaxing' holiday, let me know.
Anyway, gotta get back to the grind stone.

I've just had a look at the picture of Beef Cake that Mr Dixon has put on the site and i have to say that is the essence of a woman right there!!!! To think that Robbie and myself shared a cabin with that pinnacle of lovelyness and managed to keep our manly urges to ourselves!!!

Helloo everyone, It's good to hear everyone's back home safe and sound! I know were crap at replying to email's but Ali and I have been busy saving lives!! Well more like wiping numerous arses! So as you all know still out in Oz having a great time out west (when not working!). Have been over in Perth for almost three months now, and our time out here is almost half over! But soon we set off on our travels again....New Zealand in a couple of weeks, then back to the east coast...Cairns to sydney in, YES, a 'WICKED' Van....then we think we can squeeze in a wee trip to Fiji after christmas....cos unfortunatly we couldnt get a flight home until the middle of Jan. Well missing you all...the trip has certainly been the highlight so far! Take it easy, Ben and Ali.
